Attendance Policy & Lessons Agreement
To best serve each student, and to respect the instructor's and each family's time, lesson times are reserved specifically for each student. Because of this, we ask families and students to observe the following policy.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Lessons canceled with at least 24 hours' notice may be rescheduled, subject to availability.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are not eligible for a refund or reschedule.
Missed lessons (no-shows) are considered canceled and are not eligible for a refund or make-up.
Illness & Emergencies
We understand that illnesses and unexpected situations happen. If an emergency arises, please contact the studio as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate make-up lessons.
Instructor Cancellations
If the instructor must cancel a lesson, students will be offered the choice of a make-up lesson or a full credit toward a future session.
Late Arrivals
Lesson time cannot be extended for late arrivals. Lessons will end at the scheduled time to respect the next student's session.
